What are roman blinds?
Roman blinds are the warm, fabric-soft alternative to roller blinds. Instead of a single fabric panel rolling around a tube, a roman blind folds into neat horizontal pleats as it raises. The result is a window treatment that feels closer to a curtain than a blind — softer light, more texture, more presence in the room.

Every roman blind can be lined for translucency (softens light) or blackout (blocks light completely). Choose translucent for living areas, blackout for bedrooms. The lining is invisible from outside and quietly transforms how the blind performs.

A push-bar at the bottom of the blind raises and lowers without exposed cords. Child-safe by design, and looks cleaner than a chain. The standard for residential bedrooms and kids' rooms.

A contrast ribbon or banding along the bottom edge of the blind — a subtle finishing detail that lifts the look from "blind" to "piece of joinery." Optional, but most customers who see it in the showroom add it to their order.
