We warrant the installation for the life of the product. If something we fitted ever fails because of the way it was laid, we come back and put it right — no time limit on the labour, no fine print.
We can stand behind that because we fit it ourselves. Todd was on the tools as a hands-on installer for over a decade before running the showroom, so the same people who sell you the floor are the ones responsible for how it goes down.

- Carpet seams and joins, planks and boards laid by our team, and the trims and finishing around them.
- We come back and put it right — for as long as you own the floor.
Honest about the edges: it's the installation we warrant for life — wear, damage and the manufacturer's own product warranty are separate. Ask us in store and we'll walk you through exactly what's covered.
